PEAKCOVER.
Your inbox. Handled.
I answer first messages within 24 hours, check personalisations before you make them, handle “where’s my order?”, and keep your cut-off dates right.
Your voice. Replies you’ve approved.
I take the messages, order checks and “where’s my order?” off solo online shops during their rush. Then I leave you a system for the next one.
Sound familiar?
One job is making the orders.
The other is everything around them.
Answering “will it arrive by Christmas?”
when your day should be done.
Checking every name, colour and font
before it’s made.
Chasing tracking, late parcels
and the answers you don’t have yet.
When you’re the whole company,
the second job eats the first.
A pair of hands. Then a better way.
I answer first messages within 24 hours, check personalisations before you make them, handle “where’s my order?”, and keep your cut-off dates right.
Your voice. Replies you’ve approved.
I turn what I learned into your playbook: a reply library, an order-check sheet, a cut-off calendar, and a tool that drafts replies for you to approve.
Built around the way you work.
A light monthly check-in, a tune-up before each peak, and cover when the next rush lands.
A familiar pair of hands, when you need them.
Christmas. Valentine’s. Mother’s Day. Wedding season.
Whenever your rush is. Etsy first; I also run a WooCommerce shop day to day.
Trust comes before access.
I use my own login: Etsy’s shared access, or a staff account on other platforms.
On Etsy I can’t access your financial information or issue refunds. Elsewhere, you choose what I can touch.
On Etsy you can download an activity log and remove my access any time.
I only talk to your customers inside your shop, using replies you’ve approved.
A written agreement sets out the work, access and how customer information is handled.
I’ll never ask you to click a link to “verify” anything, or to pay outside a written invoice.
Hello. I’m Will.
I’m Will Nham, a dad of three in Sheffield.
By day I look after a 600-product online shop for a local business: orders, stock and suppliers. Last year that was 40 supplier orders worth £34k, with zero errors.
Before that, I spent three years on Veolia’s commercial customer desk (20+ enquiries a day) and four years in London bike workshops, including running one.
It was the same rush you have: custom jobs, a queue, and everyone asking “is it ready yet?”
That’s the job.
A straightforward start.
£195/ week
US shops: $250 / week
Final scope, price and tax treatment confirmed in your written quote before work starts.
Phone, no video, no prep. Tell me what’s eating your time.
If it’s a fit, I send a one-page agreement the same day.
You invite me through shared access, and I start within 48 hours of our agreed setup.
System builds and keep-it-running plans are priced after the rush, once we both know what your shop needs.
Not ready for a call? Start here.
A free second pair of eyes.
Send me your shop link. Within 24 hours, I’ll check your order-by dates against the latest published Royal Mail or USPS 2026 posting dates and send back three quick fixes.
If a carrier hasn’t published its dates yet, I’ll flag what still needs confirming.
It’s free, and I won’t follow up unless you ask.
Your request is ready
Nothing has been sent yet. Open your email app and press Send, or copy the request into an email to hello@tarnly.com.
Fair questions.
Fair question; online sellers get a lot of scams. I’m Will Nham, a sole trader trading as Tarnly, based in Sheffield. You can find me on LinkedIn or email hello@tarnly.com. I’ll never ask for your password, send you a “verify your account” link, or take payment outside a written invoice.
No. Tarnly is independent. I work in your shop only through the access you give me.
During your rush, it’s me: a person, using replies you’ve approved. Afterwards I can set up a tool that drafts replies for you, but nothing reaches a customer without a human checking it.
Then I’ll suggest a shift — say, evenings and weekends — rather than promise the whole inbox. I’d rather say no than do it badly.
Yes. I’m in England. We’ll agree a cover window that works for your time zone and the hours your shop needs.
Any Friday. When we finish, you remove my access and I delete my working notes, following the arrangements in our agreement.
